A QR code, or quick reference code, is a machine-readable code consisting of a multitude of black and white squares, typically used for storing URLs or other information for reading by the QR code reader on simply the camera on a smartphone.
QR codes have multiple different uses, but in essence they bridge the gap between offline and online and the possibilities are endless.
